How we work out your scrap car price
Every scrap car price in Singapore has two parts.
- The rebates from LTA. If your car is under 10 years old, you get a PARF rebate, which is a share of the ARF paid when it was registered. If the COE has time left, you also get a COE rebate for the unused period. LTA sets both amounts and pays them to you after the car is deregistered.
- The body value from us. This is what we pay for the car itself. It depends on the make, model and year, the condition of the engine and body, and whether the car or its parts sell overseas.
The rebate is the same whichever dealer you use, so compare offers on the body value. With your access code we look up the rebate on LTA's system and show it to you next to our offer, so you can see exactly what you are being paid for. How to scrap your car with us
- Send your details. Fill in the form on this page with your car plate number and access code, or message us on WhatsApp.
- Get your offer. We check the rebate and reply with our offer, usually within 30 minutes.
- Pick a date. Choose when to hand over the car. If it cannot be driven, tell us and we will arrange towing.
- Hand over the car. The car goes to an LTA-appointed scrapyard and we handle the deregistration paperwork with LTA.
- Get paid. We pay you the body value, and LTA pays the PARF and COE rebate to you once the car is deregistered.
Documents you need to scrap your car
- Your NRIC, or passport if you are a foreigner without an NRIC
- The OneMotoring access code for the car, which you can request online
- Proof that any car loan has been settled, if the car was financed
- For a company car: a letter authorising the person handling the scrapping, and the company's latest ACRA business profile

Frequently asked questions
What is the access code and why do you need it?
It is a code from OneMotoring that lets us view your car's details on LTA's system, including the OMV, ARF and COE expiry date. We need those figures to work out the rebate and give you an accurate offer.
Can I scrap my car if the loan is not fully paid?
The loan has to be settled before the car is deregistered. Tell us the outstanding amount when you ask for a quote and we will explain what you can do.
How long does it take to scrap a car?
The offer usually comes back within 30 minutes. Once you accept, we agree a handover date that suits you, and the deregistration is done when the car reaches the scrapyard.
Do I have to accept the offer?
No. The quote is free and there is no obligation to go ahead.
Does the February 2026 PARF change lower my price?
Only if the car's COE was obtained from the second bidding exercise of February 2026 onwards. Almost every car being scrapped today was registered earlier and keeps the higher rebate.
