This is the 2nd time scrapping my car with Scrap Car. As expected same as the first time, the whole process is very smooth，efficient and hassle free. The evaluator is very professional, the price offeredis very reasonable. Amber was the staff who communicated with me. She was patient and explained the process involved since it was my first time. Appointment was then made and Elvin came to my place to take over the car on a Sunday, 1 day before the expiry of COE. He was professional and efficient. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended!

The transaction was efficient and professional with a personal touch. Ian even allow us to hold on to the car till Sunday late night. Offered the best price for my beloved Ford Focus Wagon. Don't even bother calling those scrapyard listed in LTA. Helen, the admin staff was very detailed in providing the scrapping process. Definitely make it less painful for us!

I would highly recommend this company for scraping your car. Their offer was on the higher end and we reached an agreement quickly by phone (less than 15 min). About an hour later they send their representative to collect the car from your doorstep and finalize the financial part based on the agreement. 100% hassle-free. Later I found out I forgot a personal item in the car, upon contacting them they retrieved the item and insisted on delivering it back to me at my address instead of me going to collect it. Really nice and thoughtful :)

This company is highly professional, and yet has the personal touch. The staff are professional, polite and still friendly. They quoted me the best offer price for my COE car as compared to few others I got the quote from. Amber was very helpful and replied to all my messages. Elvin and the other gentlemen who I did not get his name were very professional. The whole process from transfer to receive payment took less than 30 minutes.

We decided to scrap our car and were looking for good dealer. We came across Scrap Car and called them. We called them around 14:00 and made an appointment with Ian to meet at 16:00 and by 16:30 transaction was done. Very good professional service and told us all option and gave us good deal as well. Having own a same vehicle for 15 years and to part with it, is not an easy task for anyone.The really fantastic superb sales service from Christina and Elvin made this sale a breeze and took away the tensions. Christina and Elvin are very honest, fair and caring and it is a real breath of fresh air to deal with such nice persons when selling your car.Both of them provided a fair and sensible quote based on the car and during collection the monies payment was inmmediately transferred to me without any issues and with no fees being charged to me. The entire process of calling, getting a quote, the collection of the vehicle and the tranfer of monies was done within a single half day. There was no hassle involved at all. They even came right to my home doorsteps to collect the vehicle without any qualms. At the end of the transaction my heart was calm and relaxed despite given up a 15 year old car.
