Good experience (1) Explained its pricing quote formula and let customer decide if reasonable vs another dealer non-transparent quote and tried to offer higher price after initial quote failed [I prefer to deal with honest people and understand they need to make a profit rather than trying to squeeze customer before offering higher price if quote rejected], (2) willing to place a deposit to secure the deal to show genuine interest, (3) actual handover process was also efficient and professional (received payment immediately upon transfer of title).
